Topa Sukaldería embraces a long history that connects San Sebastian with Latin America, resulting in a fusion of Mexican-Basque cuisine. The menu features tacos and quesadillas alongside Basque-inspired "Tacotalos". Alternatively, how about trying a batch of veal ribs cooked up on the charcoal grill? The cooking itself is led by chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, who can be seen hard at work in the open-plan kitchen.
