This charming 1956 restaurant is led by head chef Pablo Loureiro Rodil, having previously learnt his skills at his family's legendary “Rodil” restaurant in Donostia-San Sebastián. Since running his own prestigious eatery, the philosophy at Casa Urola hasn’t been so much trying re-invent Basque cuisine but rather “revamping” traditional dishes. The carbon grill provides the hallmark for many of its popular main courses, yet Casa Urola is also well known for a wide range of classic Pintxos. With a menu featuring local seafood and grilled meats, there’s a taste sensation for every palate.
