While the building itself is a former banana warehouse, Astelena has long since been transformed into 2 elegant large open plan dining areas. The lower floor catering for 80 guests, while upstairs you can find seating for an additional 40 diners. Although for those that prefer a more intimate experience, additional spaces are also available to reserve upon request. Meanwhile, TV chef and respected professor at the Basque Culinary Centre, Ander González manages the kitchen - serving classic cuisine with modern touches. The menu itself being committed to environmental sustainability, utilising the best quality produce while supporting local suppliers.
