Arzak
Michelin Star
Arzak
This family-run establishment has an intriguing history dating back to 1897. During which chef Juan Mari Arzak's grandparents built the house that has since become home to an elegant restaurant. In 1966 Juan took over the business and went on to deliver Basque cuisine with a modern touch, eventually earning not 1 but 3 Michelin Stars.
Continuing to deliver award-winning dishes, Juan now shares the kitchen alongside his daughter Elena, as the pair expand their culinary know-how to even greater heights through the cutting-edge "Arzak Lab". As for the result? Some incredible and innovative set-menus, not to be missed!
