Restaurant owners Humberto Segura and Ramón Elizalde have been close friends for several years, becoming partners of Antonio Bar in 1995. Since then, the pair have run a philosophy based on great service with incredible food and wine. If it's an authentic experience of local cuisine you're after, then the modern bar area is the place to be - serving a range of tapas and San Sebastian pintxos. Yet, alongside this is a more formal dining area where the alure of grilled meat and seafood dishes will entice you in with a more relaxed atmosphere.
