Carlos Herrero, chef of the restaurant, has had an enriching training in the subject. The Spanish chef Ángel León, winner of five Michelin stars and three Repsol Suns, was his mentor and teacher. For his part, Pablo Herrero drinks from the business world. He specialized in marketing, studying both a bachelor's and a master's degree and after growing up practising in Seville and Norway, he returned to Jerez where, together with his brother, he fought for the growth and splendor of the family restaurant Cuchara de Palo.
