As such, signature dishes include less traditional dishes including "Varqui" crab for the main course followed by masala chai crème brûlée for dessert. As the owner, Hemant Oberoi has served his truly unique cuisine to influential and powerful names such as Barack Obama and Prince Albert of Monaco – putting him in high praise indeed!
