Jean and Michel, his children, took over the estate. They have since devoted themselves to improving their winemaking recipes, a commitment that continues today. This vineyard is known for producing concentrated, and refined organic wines.

Domaine de la Mordorée

Domaine de la Mordorée was established back in 1986 by Francis Delorme along with his son Christophe Delorme. The symbol of this vineyard is the woodcock bird. 

Situated in the scenic Tavel region, this winery encompasses nearly 60 hectares of vineyard area. Following Christophe's untimely demise, his wife and daughter have seamlessly assumed control of the estate. The winery diligently adheres to an organic and biodynamic approach.
