Tribute to Unique Careers and Special Honours List

This special edition also recognizes three important individuals. The Homage Award will be given to Ferran Adrià, the Spanish chef who revolutionized gastronomy and was the chef of the renowned restaurant "El Bulli".

Jancis Robinson, the most influential woman in the wine industry for 40 years, will receive the 25th anniversary "Gueridón de Oro" award. Additionally, Raphael Garcia Santos will be honoured with the Pau Albornà i Torras Journalism Award for his expertise in gastronomic criticism.
