Rioja

Possibly the most famous of them all is located towards the North of Spain, with Rioja being known the world over. Traditionally, the Rioja wine region is responsible for fruity red wines with an earthy rich flavour.

Ribera del Duero

Along the banks of the Duero river is another of Spain’s more popular regions. Which, like Rioja, is largely known for its red wines. In fact, Albillo is the only white grape variety that’s native to this particular area of Spain.

Penedès

The oldest wine region in Spain can be found within the hills of Serra del Garraf. As such, particularly popular among wine connoisseurs searching for those hard to find bottles of vintage Cava’s.
