Traditional Mountain villages, easy walk & delicious home cooked lunch

Revive in a pitoresque natural landscape ! Admire beautiful flowers in summer and be delighted by the multicolored leaves in autumn ! Enrich your senses with a taste of traditionally home cooked lunch at one of the locals ! The short drive from Brasov to Bran Castle area will give you time to learn a bit of the history of the area and also about the people and their daily activity. We will continue to the higher area of Magura and Pestera, where we will take a pleasant stroll through the village and the surrounding hills for a better panoramic view. Be prepared for a short walk, wearing comfortable shoos / boots to walk on steep hills, grass and uneven paths.  Admire beatifull summer flowers if you choose to travel the end of May and early June, just before the hey cutting. Another great period is late September - October, when the leaves are multicolored and mixed with evergreen pine trees. The views are spectacular especially if the colored are mixed with the white snow on top of the nearby mountains.  Taste a delicious romanian meal at the locals. Mid day we will make a stop at one of the locals to taste local food, and home cooked meal. Be also prepared for a small glass of brandy. Take lots of pictures during the day. before our return journey back.
