Learn how to make Neapolitan pizza in a class with an English-speaking Neapolitan chef in the centre of Naples. Enjoy a pizza-making experience in the place where the pizza was born: now a UNESCO heritage. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza in a typical restaurant, in the heart of Naples.

Introduction to Pizza Making:

Begin the class by learning the art of pizza making from scratch. Follow the pizzaiolo as they demonstrate the preparation of dough using flour and water. Participate in cutting fresh mozzarella and preparing tomato sauce, while learning about leavening, temperatures, and conservation.

Hands-On Pizza Creation:

Put your newfound skills to the test as you create your own Margherita pizza from start to finish. Utilize the provided fresh and genuine ingredients, along with the necessary tools and equipment, to craft the perfect Neapolitan-style pizza. Receive guidance and tips from the experienced pizzaiolo, who will share the secrets of authentic pizza making.

Enjoying Your Creation:

Once your pizza is baked to perfection, enjoy the delicious flavors of your homemade Margherita pizza as you relax and unwind accompanied by a glass of fine wine. Admire the stunning landscape overlooking the sea of Naples and the iconic Castel Nuovo while enjoying your culinary masterpiece.
