Itinerary
- 1Our first destination is La Maggiore Bakery, where one discovers the extraordinary allure of Apulian focaccia and its delightful variations. Words fall short to capture its essence: delectable, exquisite, remarkably flavorful, and truly unparalleled. Embark on this tour and indulge in this culinary wonder.
- 2Moving on to our second stop, we regretfully acknowledge our inability to do justice in conveying the sheer splendour of the visit to Azienda Agricola Plantamura. Vincenzo and Mariangela, the charming couple behind this remarkable vineyard, produce approximately 50,000 bottles each year. Cultivating 22.24 acres organically, their dedication brought them the prestigious "Vino Slow" award in 2020 for their Colle Primitivo Riserva 2016.
- 3Lastly, we conclude our itinerary with a visit to Caseificio Dicecca, where one can savour some of the finest Apulian cheeses. The name Dicecca resonates with excellence and gastronomic brilliance, leaving an indelible imprint on your palate and providing cherished memories to treasure.
