Originating in Lombardy and then spreading throughout Italy, risotto now boasts countless possible preparations, making it a dish that can adapt to all occasions. Examples of risottos that will be agreed upon with guests: - Fall-Winter lesson plan: Milanese risotto Mushroom risotto Mushroom and sausage risotto Pear and gorgonzola risotto - Spring-summer lesson plan: Risotto Milanese style Risotto mantecato with seasonal vegetables and gorgonzola cream sauce Risotto with seafood Risotto with Franciacorta At the end of the evening, we will leave a gadget for each guest
