Catalina and Tomás were wonderful. She is a great teacher and he was a fantastic assistant. We thought we would just make empanadas, but we also made delicious alfajores. Would definitely recommend.

The course took place in 2 languages although this was not planned. So it was great. Thanks to the facilitator. We used the ready-made dough to make the Empanadas. The explanation was very clear. However, 2 points need to be improved: - it would be nice to suggest that participants take the remaining Empanadas to enjoy at home. - maybe allow 2 hours to teach us the dough itself.

We had the Small-Group Argentinian Empanadas Cooking Class in a lovely Palermo neighborhood. Catarina was our host and instrctor and she did a superb job of teaching us how to make empanadas. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and the empanadas were delicious! I would recommend this tour to everyone!!! Delicioso1
