Embark on a guided tour of the vineyards, ancient wine cellars, and the vinegar loft, indulging in multiple tastings of superb organic Lambrusco and the unparalleled Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP

Dinner:

Delight in a typical 3-course dinner at the brand-new restaurant situated in the historic greenhouse (wine excluded).

Free Time:

Enjoy the soothing ambience and surroundings of your accomodation

Evening:

Extend your culinary journey with a typical lunch at one of the local trattorias or at the breathtaking panoramic restaurant of Castello di Bianello ( at your own cost) your guide would be happy to help you make reservations and recommend other activities for the afternoon.
