Arrival in Trani: visit and special dinnerWe'll start with the guided tour of the city of Trani lasting 1 hour and a half. We will get to know the history, legends and marvels of the "Pearl of the Adriatic", with its Romanesque cathedral on the sea which is the backdrop to a unique scenario.Then the historic center which still hides an ancient Jewish quarter, the Giudecca, with its 2 medieval synagogues.Finally we will visit the port, the liveliest and most varied area of ​​the city: an ideal setting for a "tasty" stop at sunset.For this one typical Apulian aperitif will be waiting for you in one of the rooms with terraces or near the port.In the evening it will be the moment to appreciate the typical Apulian cuisine.Trani is also famous for its fish dishes, both raw and cooked.A special dinner awaits you in one of the historic trattorias of the port, La Banchina*. * In Trani there is also a starred restaurant, Quintessence, in an amazing location overlooking the Castle, with a supplement it will be possible to reserve a table.Overnight at hotel or boutique hotel such as (All Saints - Muraglie del Castello - Palazzo Bianchi) depending on availability.

Dinner at TuraccioloDay dedicated to a food and wine tour to appreciate the flavors of Puglia in the heart of the Alta Murgia Park.First stop visit e tasting at the Tormaresca Winery (of the Antinori family), in the Bocca di Lupo estate, in the typical landscape of the production of DOC Castel del Monte wine.You will be welcomed in a typical Apulian estate, built according to the criteria of the ancient farms, surrounded by 140 hectares of vineyards, and a splendid cellar and barrique cellar for refining the wines combined with a tasting of typical local products including EVO OIL.In the afternoon appointment in Andria to get to know a truly greedy place, the Candy Museum, of the Mucci family (mention in Gambero Rosso magazine). Castel del Monte and Burrata in the dairyAfter breakfast it will be time to visit the symbolic monument of Puglia: Castel del Monte, Unesco site, built during the reign of Frederick II which still today fascinates scholars and onlookers from all over the world for its mysteries.Before saying goodbye we will stop to taste the symbolic product of the city of Andria: the Burrata of Andria, at one of the dairies in the city of Andria.End of services
