What’s included

Single station for each participant, including the work plan in wood, apron and a rolling pin.

Theoretical and practical lesson on the dough working, from the ingredients to the choice of the cut, choosing among the various types learnt (e.g. Fettuccine).

Lunch or Dinner

After the lesson, you will be accompanied at your table to enjoy a glass of prosecco, bruschetta and your homemade pasta and a good glass of red or white wine and water.
