Our chefs will take you through the basics of South-East Asian cooking - from introducing you to herbs and spices to giving you the hands-on experience. Each class consists of a combination of dishes that complement each other giving you the opportunity to understand different flavors and recreate wonderful meals at home. Be it traditional Chinese or gluten-free dumplings, xiao long bao, laksa, chili crab, satay, Peranakan, Indian or gluten-free, we got it all covered! Join us for a full hands-on cooking class in our state-of-art-kitchen at Frasers Tower downtown, under the guidance of our star chefs. Work in small intimate groups of 3-4 people on your own cooking station followed by a sit-down meal in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
