Meet the staff at the second estate, a niche family-run production in the panoramic hills southeast of Piacenza. Their commitment to the ancestral method influences both vine treatment and wine refermentation in the bottle, producing delicate bubbles through a traditional state-of-the-art process. Delight in a typical Emilian-style brunch, starting with 3 PDO cured meats—Pancetta, Coppa, and Salame—paired with naturally sparkling white and red wines. Conclude with a toast of their white Vin Santo di Vigoleno DOC, a rare raisin wine from a specific low-yield grape grown only in the vicinity of the stunning Castle of Vigoleno.
