Rare terroir grapes, including whites for Monterosso DOC, Sauvignon DOC, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet can be found as part of an exceptional wine repertoire. Delight in a typical Emilian-style brunch, starting with 3 PDO cured meats—Pancetta, Coppa, and Salame—paired with naturally sparkling white and red wines. Conclude with a toast of their white Vin Santo di Vigoleno DOC, a rare raisin wine from a specific low-yield grape grown only in the vicinity of the stunning Castle of Vigoleno.
