What you’ll do

Itinerary

Our first stop will be at the distinctive copper green Columbus Tower building that was completed in 1907, currently home to Zoetrope film studio since 1972, co-founded by Francis Ford Coppola and George Lucas.

Our second stop will be in the heart of San Francisco's historic North Beach district at Saint Francis of Assisi Church. Your guide will explain the story of the exquisite murals executed by the Italian fin-de-siècle painter and illustrator Luigi Brusatori vividly portrays the life of Saint Francis of Assisi.

Your tour continues with a delicious stop at Stella Pastry, where you will get the chance to taste the Biscotti or Cookie of the day w/coffee or espressoBrief. Our guide will take the opportunity to explain to you all the different baking techniques used to create the various products displayed in the Café.

While you are degusting the pasties and coffee of Stella Caffe, we will visit the surroundings of Washington Square where will talk about the history of the statues in the park our why we there are time capsules buried in the park!

Our next stop will be at Golden Boy Pizza, where we will have the chance to grab a bite of one of the best pizza in town.

Enjoy the inside of this store and learn about rich "beat generation", Jack Kerouac or Allen Ginsberg

Have your camera ready to take pictures of the Jack Kerouac Alley, with its well-known murals and gratifies

Be ready for our last stop at the Stinking Rose, a Californian-based restaurant known for its love for garlic: "We season our garlic with food."
