What you’ll do
Itinerary1
Begin the day by visiting the Papal palace which includes a museum and the Pope’s private quarters,

all of which offer stunning views of Lake Albano. After learning about the awe-inspiring history of the

Papal residence it is time for the highlight of the day: a cooking class on the Pope’s private farm!

After a meet and greet session with your chef that includes an antipasti and prosecco, prepare a

delicious lunch of pasta and a dessert with ingredients freshly handpicked from the farm. After
6
enjoying the lunch that you have prepared we will take you on a scenic drive through the stunning
7
Barberini gardens during which we will visit several interesting sites including an ancient Roman
8
amphitheater built by the emperor Domitian.
