What you’ll do

Explore a gastronomic journey through the lively streets of the Basque Country with our Pintxos cooking class. Delve into the essence of Basque cuisine as you discover how to create the iconic Gilda, a classic blend of tangy olives, briny anchovies, and spicy guindilla peppers, a true representation of pintxos culture. Each bite unveils a story of tradition, innovation, and delectable flavours, promising an unforgettable culinary experience. The private class runs Monday to Wednesday from 2 PM and advance booking is required, please see below notes for further details.

Notes

The private cooking class runs Monday to Wednesday, starting at 2 PM

The minimum cost for the class to take place is £645. The cost per person is £323 (for groups up to 16 people), prices subject to change

Please be aware there is a minimum lead time of 3-days required for booking(s). In some instances last-minute availability may be possible, however such requests cannot be guaranteed
