After a welcome session with wine, prosecco and snacks, learn the techniques of

pizza-making under the guidance of an expert chef. Decide if you want to keep

things simple with ‘bianca’ without sauce, or add a rich tomato sauce for a pizza

‘rosso’.

Move onto making a rich Italian gelato before enjoying your creations at the end of

the class. If you prefer, you can also choose to prepare tiramisu, another Italian

classic.
