Having met your your guide/driver depart from Parma and commence your tour of an authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano PDO producer. Discover the intricate, centuries-old process of crafting the "King of Cheeses" by hand, from curdling in copper heaters to the final ageing in wheel cathedrals. Conclude the visit with a delightful tasting experience

To follow

Transfer to the enchanting lowlands of Parma, where the meandering River Po unveils its beauty. Explore the craftsmanship behind Culatello di Zibello PDO, one of the world's most artisanal and prestigious cured pork meats. Appreciate its unique ageing process in the extraordinarily humid microclimate. Esteemed personalities like Prince Charles and Prince Albert favour this exceptional product for their cellars

For lunch

Indulge in a tasting lunch featuring Culatello and other distinctive cold cuts from the lowlands. Enjoy freshly baked bread or focaccia, savour a pasta dish iconic to the region, relish homemade cake(s), and accompany the feast with a glass of local Fortana wine.

The "All Inclusive" option includes hotel pick-up/drop-off in Downtown Parma, alternatively for self-drive please meet at the motorway exit or on location directly at the first stop of the tour.

Kindly reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes before your start time.

Guide: the guide can decide whether to join you on board (only if you buy the car+driver supplement) or drive her/his own car.

In case you self drive, the guide drives her/his own car in front of you and you just follow our itinerary instructions.

Live production: being artisanal and not industrial products, the working cycle is not repeated every day at the same time, so it is not guaranteed to see craftsmen at work at each site
