Tourists and Parisians can be spotted strolling at any time of day or night and at any time of year along this iconic two-kilometer stretch between the Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triumph. Like the Eiffel Tower, the avenue is a symbol of Paris. It is lined with restaurants (l’Atelier Renault, Ledoyen etc.), luxury boutiques (Louis Vuitton, Mont-Blanc, Guerlain, Ferrari etc.), flagship stores (Abercrombie, Sephora etc.) and nightclubs. It is also the setting each year for major events such as the Bastille Day military parade, the arrival of the Tour de France and the Christmas lights.
