What you’ll do

Learn how to make your own fresh pasta in the heart of Florence by following ancient Italian traditions using flour, eggs and other ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you will learn how to make pasta, both using a rolling pin and a pasta machine. You will make three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a traditional Italian dessert. The course will be followed by dinner or lunch with the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine. Enjoy a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Kindly ensure you are punctual and reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the start time.
Notes

The class includes food, drinks, and wine tastings as outlined in the itinerary

Additional orders placed during the class must be paid for by the individual who orders them. If unsure, the tour guide will be happy to assist

Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as there is some standing and movement involved during your class

If you're under the age of 18, unfortunately, you cannot consume alcohol. However, there are plenty of delicious non-alcoholic options available

Your class can be conducted in multiple languages

The class lasts 3.5 hours starting at various start times depending on your preference
