Buenos Aires Private Cooking Class Experience

the empanada cooking class was fantastic. We had teenagers with us and they loved it took. the food was tasty and the instructor made it fun. There were 10 of us in the class...plenty of room and plenty to help. Highly recommend.

A fun hands-on introduction to Argentinian cuisine, history, and culture. Francesco was an excellent teacher with a clear passion for his work. All experiences and skill-levels will feel welcome in his kitchen.

This was the highlight of our stay in Buenos Aires! Franco who runs the course, is a friendly, knowledgeable and highly charismatic chef who cultivates a fun and relaxed atmosphere for the entire duration. The course lasted over 3.5 hours and included plenty of food and wine. Some of the highlights were making empanadas from scratch, as well as Chimichurri sauce. It's a very professionally run experience and I would certainly recommend for anyone looking to get immersed in Argentinian food culture along with a nice lunch!

I had a lot of fun. Franco was wonderful at accommodations all my quirky food needs. He was also easy going and funny. The stew and cheese buns were my favorite dishes. Well worth the price.
