What you’ll do

Receive a morning pickup from your Santiago, Providencia, Las Condes, or Vitacura accommodations, after which you'll head to Isla Negra. Arrive in Isla Negra and enjoy the charming atmosphere of this bohemian area frequented by vacationing Chilean families. During your visit you'll get an inside look at the life of one of Chile's most famous creative thinkers, Pablo Neruda, as you explore his one-time residence that now hosts a museum. Then continue to the wine-focused portion of your trip, stopping en route for a lunch break (own expense) at Equilibrio Restaurant in Chile’s Leyda Valley. Following your mid-day meal, you'll continue to Matetic Winery, widely regarded as one of the country's top winemaking operations. Get an in-depth look at the winery's production, bottling, and storage processes, and enjoy two organic wines during an included tasting session. At the end of your tasting excursion, you'll receive a drop-off back at your accommodations in and around Santiago.
