Wander through impressive ageing rooms, surrounded by 5000 Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheels. Taste cheeses of different ages and savour the delightful evolution of flavours over time

Parma Ham Factory:

Explore a Parma ham factory and witness the meticulous journey of this prestigious ham, from careful meat selection to the delicate ageing process. Indulge in the unique sweetness of Parma ham and sample other local cold cuts

Trattoria Experience:

A charming trattoria awaits all foodies. Delight in the best of Parma cuisine, complemented by a glass of local wine. The menu includes starters, Tortelli d’Erbetta (homemade pasta filled with ricotta cheese and spinach), a seasonal dessert, a glass of Lambrusco wine, water, and coffee

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Mansion:

Meeting Point

Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off have been included in the all-inclusive tour. Pick up time is 8 am

Directly at the first producer for the Self-Drive Option (timings will be shared)

Live production: being artisanal and not industrial products, the working cycle is not repeated every day at the same time, so it is not guaranteed to see craftsmen at work at each site
