Delight in Tuscan-style dishes paired with a selection of the most representative local gems, including Super Tuscans, vinsanto, and grappaSample PDO Tuscan ham, wild boar salami, Finocchiona, Crostino with lard, homemade EVO oil, Pecorino, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled sausages, Rosticciana, and farm cake. Conclude the meal with the quintessential Italian espresso, accompanied by Cantuccini
