Once you've met your chef host and fellow students, and grabbed your apron, start with a lesson in making tiramisù. Next, learn to make two types of pasta from scratch: fettuccine and ravioli. Your instructor will also guide you as you make your ravioli filling from seasonally available ingredients. After you've finished your cooking, sit down with a glass of wine to enjoy the fruits of your labor. End your experience with the tiramisù that you made yourself, as well as coffee and limoncello.
