What you’ll do

Learn to make authentic Italian pasta in this Fettuccine and Maltagliati cooking class in the heart of Rome. Upon arrival, our expert chef will welcome you for a hands-on experience. Meet your fellow participants and then start working on your dough. Discover the secrets of perfect pasta, from mixing flour and eggs to cutting the dough. Our chef will guide you through making different pasta shapes like Tagliolini, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and Maltagliati ("badly cut"). You'll cut your own Fettuccine and Maltagliati, and learn which traditional sauces pair best with each shape, such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Tomato and Basil. Afterward, enjoy bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, followed by your homemade pasta with two different sauces of your choice and a glass of wine. End your meal with a refreshing glass of Limoncello or a cup of coffee.
