  • Get information and recommendations from a private group guide
  • Discover locals’ favorites: a pastry shop, bistro, fromagerie, and much more
  • Tours are capped at 10 people to ensure a personalized experience
Itinerary
1
Starting on the north side of the hill, your first stop will be a traditional Parisian boulangerie where they’ve been serving the locals with freshly baked goods for generations. This is the perfect spot for a bite of breakfast. You’ll sample a flaky croissant while hearing more about the specifics that make a simple French breakfast so irresistible!
2
A brief stroll through Montmartre's picturesque streets takes you a famous family-run pastry shop beloved by Parisians and visitors alike. With roots in Montmartre, it's become one of the most decorated patisseries in Paris. Here you'll try a selection of their signature chocolates and a pastry.
3
From there, it’s on to a charming bistro inspired by the typical taverns commonly found in historic Montmartre. You'll try a classic savory pancake from the Aveyron region of France, the home of this establishment's three passionate owners.
4
Next, you’ll take a guided historical walk discovering more about the area and how it has been shaped through the ages. Sights like the Sacré-Cœur basilica and Moulin Rouge will greet you as your guide shares fascinating facts and anecdotes. When you reach the top of the hill, get ready to soak in one of the most incredible views of Paris .
5
Your next stop is an introduction to an absolute staple of French cuisine: cheese. You'll sample a cheeseboard with a variety of seasonal cheeses and the favorites of this specialty shop.
6
Sip two glasses of natural wine served at a local wine cellar. Run by passionate owner Vincent, each wine is handpicked from small producers in the French countryside.
7
We hope you’ve saved room for the main course! Step inside a timeless French bistro and tuck in to a hearty lunch of savory, warm quiche—a perfect end to a day of discovery.
