Do you want to learn more about Spanish cuisine? Are you interested in our language? Join our cooking class in Spanish and dive into our culture while you cook and speak with our native chefs! You will prepare traditional recipes of Spain while you can practise your Spanish. This Spanish class is suitable for those embarking on their language-learning journey, as the entire course will be conducted in Spanish.

Please note that the language used by our chefs during this culinary course will be Spanish, as we aim to improve not only your cooking skills but also your proficiency in the Spanish language.

We hold three fundamental principles close to our heart: freshness, seasonality, and proximity. Such is our great affection for these pillars of our philosophy that we exclusively source our ingredients from nearby suppliers. Join us for a wander through our favourite market, where we will introduce you to our dear friends and trusted allies - the best suppliers in town. It would be our great pleasure to have you join us as we expertly select the ingredients and acquire the freshest produce for the delightful menu we will later prepare together.

Kindly ensure you are punctual and reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time.

Notes

Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as there is some standing involved during your class

If you're under the age of 18, unfortunately, you cannot consume alcohol. However, there are plenty of delicious non-alcoholic options available

Please, be aware that the language used by our chefs in this class will be Spanish, as we want you to improve not only your cooking school, but also your Spanish!

This class requires a minimum of 4 people to take place. If the minimum number has not been reached, we will notify you with at least 24 hrs advance with the different options we can offer you (amongst the refund of the money)

Very professional and friendly at the same time. I got more than I expected, in a word, a fantastic experience and a well-coordinated team.

We did the chef’s table dinner with our family to celebrate our 60th birthdays in Spain. This along with a cooking class we did the next day was the highlight of our trip to Spain. Mimo looks after you first class all the way with awesome food, an amazing and fun experience and first class service all the way. We have booked two more experiences in Seville since we enjoyed it so much. They really do a great job making you feel welcome, and make sure you have an amazing experience.

The restaurant is below the Marián Christina Hotel and has an incredible atmosphere. Eneko, our chef, was about as charming and amiable and informative as could be, and the food, as one would expect in the Basque Country, was top-notch. Innovative and delicious! Highly recommend this experience.

My husband and I did the chef's table dinner, and had an amazing time. It turned out we were the only people to book, and I was amazed (and very happy) that they didn't cancel the dinner. Because it was just the two of us, we were able to interact with the chef on a personal level and even "help" prepare some of the dishes. Eneko, our chef was fantastic. He really made the experience special and fun, and at the end even took the time to write out an extensive list of restaurants we should visit during our stay in San Sebastian. We enjoyed this so much that we plan to do it again the next time we're in the area.
