Begin your journey in Siena with an authorized guide. Visit the famous shell-shaped Piazza del Campo, known worldwide for its beauty and the Palio di Siena horse race.

Visit the medieval, fortified village of Monteriggioni, surrounded by its original walls. Enjoy a leisurely walk through the village after lunch at a local restaurant, soaking in the history and charm.

Scenic Drive Along the Chianti Wine Road

Travel along the Chiantigiana, one of Italy’s most beautiful roads, which runs from Siena to Castellina in Chianti surrounded by vineyards and wineries. There will be time for a scenic stop to admire the picturesque landscapes, taking photos of a land rich in castles and villages.

Explore Fonterutoli, a village with roots dating back to Roman times, known for its historical significance and medieval charm.

Mazzei Family Wine Estate

Learn about the Mazzei family, who have owned the estate since 1435. Whereby for over 6 centuries generations have dedicated themselves to winemaking, handing down the family secrets from one family to the next

The owner will show you to his cellar to admire his Super Tuscans and a selection of Chianti Classico craft wines, as well as the nearby Acetaia - a vinegar cellar, where you can learn about the aging process.

There is also the opportunity, upon request, to book ahead for an organic lunch on the farm. One that comes as a 4-course meal, complete with specially paired wine tastings.
