In the event of adverse weather conditions which require the experience to be cancelled at the last minute while on-site, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded

If we should have to cancel the entire trip prior to departure due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, then we will refund all money already paid by you, but you will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the trip

Clients may cancel a Day Tour at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour will not be refunded

Balloon experiences must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable

For Multiday Programs, clients may cancel at least 45 days in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior will not be refunded

You may reschedule the Multiday program with at least 30 days notice and subject to availability

If the client decides to cancel the service due to an extraordinary situation of force majeure and outside the previously established period, the specific case will be evaluated and the client will have to justify the reason. Afterwards, a fair solution will be sought for both parties
