What you’ll do

Get picked up from your hotel in or near the city center of Cape Town. Climb into a private vehicle with your personal driver and head out of the city. Arrive first at Meerendal Wine Estate, where you begin your day with a tasting of six wines. The next stop is Diemersdal Wine Estate, where you have some time to stroll through the picturesque property before settling in to sample the wine. Sit outside (weather permitting) or in the tasting cellar to taste six more wines. Travel to Nitida, a small wine farm that's relatively new by local standards—it's only been around for 25 years. The winemakers have already produced some award-winning wines, though. Experience a tasting of between nine and 12 wines at Nitida, after having lunch at the on-site Tables deli or Cassia restaurant (own expense). Continue to the last winery stop of the day, Durbanville Hills Wine Estate. Enjoy the incredible views from the winery, including Table Mountain, as you sip your way through eight of the estate's wines. Take home a Durbanville Hills crystal glass as a souvenir of your day in the valley. Enjoy plenty of personalized attention from your private guide, including round-trip transportation in a comfortable private minivan for your group.
