Join a day tour from Florence to the Chianti region on board a convertible Piaggio tuk-tuk on the rolling hills of Tuscany together with our driving guide. Enjoy the visit of one of the most beautiful Medieval villages in the area and the tour of a winery for lunch and wine tasting.

Itinerary

Duration: 7 Hours

Group Size: Private Tour for 1 or 2 People

Meeting Point: Piazza della Calza by Porta Romana

Start Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between April and October at approximately 10 AM

Leave Florence: Morning departure reaching the headquarters located in the heart of Tuscany to start the tour onboard the original Piaggio tuk tuk with a local guide.

Enjoy the Ride: Venture through quiet and scenic roads through the rolling hills of the Chianti region where some of the most famous Tuscan wines are produced and fall in love with the fields of vines, cypresses, and Tuscan rural houses while learning interesting and fun facts about the area from the guide.

Local Winery: Authentic 3-course Tuscan lunch with Antipasti Toscani (bruschetta, pecorino cheese, Tuscan cured meat), some Lasagna with truffle oil, traditional Ribolita bread Soup and Cantuccini biscuits as dessert. All these combined with eight different wines of local production

San Gimignano: Also going to stop at the famous Medieval town of San Gimignano where you will have free time to check out the tower-filled skyline while eating the ice cream from a world-champion gelateria in complete freedom.

End Time: Approximately 5 PM

Meeting Point

We meet at 9:45am in Piazza della Calza by Porta Romana in front of the blue P (parking) sign. We leave at 10:00am sharp, don’t be late!

Please note the vehicle is approved to carry only two people + driver. No extra seats are available. The tour can be possibily combined with Vespas.
