Itinerary

Join us for a masterclass and we will teach you all the necessary techniques to make

your own Roman-style pizza from scratch. The masterclass takes place in one of two

stunning cooking schools at the center of Rome, either in a 17th-century palazzo just
4
off Piazza Navona or in another historic building a stone’s throw from the Pantheon.

Under the expert guidance of your private chef, learn to knead the perfect dough,
6
choose the perfect sauces and decorate your pizza with the freshest and most
7
delicious ingredients available. To culminate the class, enjoy the mouth-watering
8
fruits of your labor.
