1st Wine Estate: Enjoy this vibrant family-operated winery about 45 minutes from Bologna. Explore the intricacies of their distinctive selection, showcasing Chardonnay, Pignoletto, and Albana. The premiere Italian white wine was granted DOCG status in 1987 (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin).

2nd Wine Estate: This incredibly competitive family-run company is renowned for seamlessly blending traditional and innovative winemaking methods. Explore the winery through a guided tour and discover three distinct interpretations of Sangiovese di Romagna.

Lunch: The experience at the second winery is enhanced by a tasting lunch showcasing locally-produced gourmet delicacies like Mortadella, Salame, Caciotta (a soft cheese), and/or Pecorino.

Dozza: Head to Dozza, a charming medieval village where art embellishes the streets. Over 100 works by top contemporary artists adorn house walls, streets, and squares—a true open-air museum. Optionally, visit the Dozza Fortress and enjoy a final wine tasting in the ancient cellars of Enoteca Regionale dell’Emilia Romagna.
