What you’ll do

Commence on a premium Rioja wine journey, exploring the distinctive flavours of two renowned wineries, with a special focus on the esteemed Marqués de Murrieta. The tour starts with a hotel pick-up at 8:15 am, leading to a visit to the remarkable underground cellars of a prestigious winery in Rioja. Next, we journey to Ygay Castle, a centuries-old European architectural gem. Explore the extraordinary underground cellars, hewn over centuries. These cellars stretch over a kilometre, safeguarding legendary vintages. Immerse yourself in historic passageways, magnificent vaults, and delightful corners radiating a special charm. Enjoy tasting four fine wines paired with four Haute Cuisine Degustation courses. Opt for a six-wine tasting with six paired courses for an extra fee. Then, we continue our tour to explore Laguardia, a Medieval-style village atop a hill, surrounded by a 13th-century wall.
