Zocca Village Experience: Zocca is a small mountain village in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine. Located 2,600 feet above sea level, 70 miles from Florence, and approximately 30 miles from Modena or Bologna

Rosola Cheese Dairy: Exclusive tasting of Slow Food protected “Vacca Bianca” Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Experience different ageing profiles and savour a variety of 7/8 cheeses produced locally. Explore the maturation room with endless wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano and gain insights into the production process

Authentic Lunch: Enjoy a local full-menu lunch featuring the finest fresh pasta, with Tortellini as a highlight.
