Begin your journey by meeting the guide at the first producer, a dynamic family-run wine estate approximately 45 minutes from Bologna. Delve into the nuances of their unique product range, featuring Chardonnay, Pignoletto, and Albana—the first Italian white wine to receive DOCG recognition in 1987 (Top Denomination of Origin)

11:30 am Proceed to the 2nd wine estate:

Immerse yourself in an incredibly competitive family-run company, renowned for seamlessly blending traditional and innovative winemaking methods. Explore the winery through a guided tour and discover three distinct interpretations of Sangiovese di Romagna. This exceptional experience is complemented by a tasting lunch featuring locally-produced gourmet foods such as Mortadella, Salame, Caciotta (soft cheese), and/or Pecorino

2:30 pm - Dozza:

Continue your journey to Dozza, a charming mediaeval village where art adorns urban landscapes. Over 100 works by prestigious contemporary artists decorate house walls, streets, and squares—a true open-air museum. Optionally, explore the Fortress of Dozza and indulge in a final wine tasting in the ancient cellars of Enoteca Regionale dell’Emilia Romagna

4:00 pm Tour End Time:

Conclude the activities and return to your hotel or proceed to your next destination
