As well as being paired with the finest seasonal wine there will also be a chance to sample some of the vineyard's more vintage bottles.

Itinerary

Start Time: 4 PM to 8 PM

Duration: Approximately 4 hours

Meeting Point: At Piazza della Stazione

3:45 PM - 4:00 PM: Guests gather at the meeting point:

Piazza della Stazione, 50 in front of Reale Firenze. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the departure time

4:00 PM - 4:15 PM: Welcome:

Introduction by winery staff at the welcome centre. Guests will be briefed about the upcoming activities and given a short overview of the historic property

4:15 PM - 5:00 PM: Guided walking tour:

Guests will learn about the winemaking process, the vineyards, and the history of the estate. They will also be introduced to wine-tasting techniques

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Wine tasting and appetisers:

Guests will sample a variety of wines, starting with more common ones and gradually moving on to prestigious ones. Appetisers will include a selection of salami, cheeses, bruschetta, and snacks

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner time:

Guests will enjoy a delicious meal featuring Tuscan specialties. The first course will consist of lasagna with meat sauce and truffle oil or Tuscan Ribollita soup. This will be followed by the iconic Bistecca alla Fiorentina steak, produced from the revered "Chainna" Cattle

7:00 PM - 7:45 PM: Second course and dessert :

Guests will continue to enjoy the wines as they indulge in the main course. For dessert, vanilla ice cream with balsamic vinegar and Cantuccini biscuits will be served

7:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Final remarks and conclusion:

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines and other products they enjoyed during the tour

8:00 PM: Tour Conclusion
