In the event of a late arrival, the driver will allow a maximum of 30 minutes from the advertised departure time. Beyond this, late arrivals are unable to be accommodated or refunded

Cancellation policy : Written cancellations received 72 hours before the tour or service's departure time will not incur any penalty. For cancellations received within 72 hours before departure time, the total price of the tour or service will be due and no reimbursement will be granted. No refund will be granted for clients who fail to show up at the departure location or if they lose contact with the guide or leave the tour early
