Buenos Aires: Empanadas Cooking Class with Malbec Tasting

We learned about Argentine culture, drank some great wine, and of course made empanadas! It was a lovely night of great conversation and great food. Thanks so much!!

Ayme and Miguel were super attentive and nice to us, we had a great time, however I would NOT mix people with different languages ​​in an event like this, nor would I mix families with such small children (4 and 6) years old in a group. so since they brought me to the nervous end of their screams and running everywhere. In truth, everything was very good and it would be the only thing I would recommend. Thank you for everything, we had a great time.

We were greeted by Flower, the woman who was showing us how to make empanadas. She was very welcoming into the kitchen, There were only two couples which made the cooking a lot easier to see and understand. If there had been more people in the tour, it would not have been as effective. We learned how to make empanadas from scratch. She showed us, made us partake in the preparation. Then we all had to make empanadas. Of course, we were having wine while making the empanadas. What was great is that we got to take the empanadas with us when we left. Flower was a great instructor.
