Guests acquaint themselves with their host, who will be sharing authentic Italian recipes and guiding them through the cooking class

Under the tutelage of the local host, participants embark on the task of creating a traditional Italian meal. They will learn invaluable hints and tips while preparing typical Tuscan dishes

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Hands-on cooking experience:

Participants will immerse themselves in the Tuscan countryside atmosphere as they prepare classic dishes such as Tuscan crostino with liver pate, pappa al pomodoro, and "ugly but good" cookies

After putting their "hands in the dough," participants will have the opportunity to taste the specialties they've prepared. This will be a chance to savour the flavours of Tuscany and enjoy the fruits of their labour
