Whether you’re a culinary master or just an enthusiastic foodie, this class is the perfect combination of mouth-watering gelato and entertaining, hands-on instruction. Enjoy an insightful presentation and a taste of some of the ingredients that go into traditional and more novel flavours of gelato. Learn how to produce cream-based or fruit-based gelatos that can be sugar-free and even dairy-free thanks to the use of soy or rice milk.

Follow your instructor step-by-step and learn about the development and application of natural colours, as well as the heating and freezing techniques that go into creating this much-loved dessert.
