I found it a very nice and surprising experience. I thought we'd just watch the patties cook, but it was so much more. We touched all the ingredients, cut onions, morrons, meat... even made the dough with flour! We made our own patties and then ate them. Delicious! The wines we tasted were very good. They varied according to the regions of Argentina, that was very interesting.

It was a nice experience to be able to experience this. It was very personal and cozy. The people are very friendly and helpful. Great to get insight into how to fold Empanadas. The wines with matching cheeses were also delicious! The office is located in a nice neighborhood, so afterwards we had a drink in that neighborhood.
